Charlys Schultz

Co-Founder of Purrfect Grooming

After starting at Ernst & Young, Charlys moved on to work with Fortune 500 and Fortune 10 companies, focusing on technical accounting consultancy, including M&A, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. I also consulted for one of America’s largest private companies in their Private Equity group. I later co-founded Purrfect Grooming, scaling it from 1 to 10 vans in 15 months across Southeast Florida, and now offer a licensing model to help investors build profitable mobile grooming businesses. In my free time, I enjoy cycling and spending time with my family.

Danilo Varriale

Co-Founder of Purrfect Grooming

Danilo Varriale, born in Naples, Italy, combines his Italian culinary roots with American entrepreneurship. After serving as a Pizza Head Chef in Atlanta, he went on to build multiple private label brands in men’s beauty, securing both utility and design patents. From 2017 to 2022, he coached aspiring entrepreneurs, specializing in online marketing and sales. In 2023, Danilo launched Bluntly Smoke Shop and Cafe, a luxury smoke boutique and lounge in Miramar, and co-founded Purrfect Grooming, a mobile pet grooming business. Purrfect Grooming quickly scaled to 10 vans in just 15 months, becoming Florida’s fastest-growing mobile pet grooming company. Danilo co-founded the venture with his brother-in-law, Charly.
